Springeri Dottyback

Pseudochromis springeri – The Springeri Dottyback is a stunning fish with a black body and neon blue “racing stripes” on the face and head. This species is very hardy and easy to care for. 

Springeri Dottybacks are valuable in reef tanks for their penchant for eating small bristleworms. Over time, they have been known to reduce numbers of pesky bristleworms in home aquariums that are overrun. Dottybacks will eat most popular aquarium foods including a variety of frozen foods and Easy Reefs DKI pellets and Masstick. This Dottyback is semi-aggressive and requires a 30 gallon aquarium when full grown.
